World Natural Hair Show Recap
I received a one-day pass to attend the event in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion. #WNHS #AD
Do you love your hair? Do you love doing other people’s hair? Are you always looking for that next best product to use in your hair? If you answered, yes to any of these questions, the World Natural Hair Show is the place for you. Unforunately, it just passed this go around, but just join the WNHHB Community to keep abreast of the next event.
I was so excited to attend the event that the night before, I really did not get that much sleep. I was wondering in my head, what booths I was going to visit, what music was going to be heard, what new information in the health and beauty space I was going to learn, and what product I was going to purchase. Pro-tip: come with a maximum amount you are willing to spend during each day you attend the event. Did I do that? Nope, I didn’t because I am a product junkie and we just do not budget 🙂 I am kidding. Wise product junkies do.
Starting out, the entrance was beautiful. The signage, the photo opportunities were absolutely beautiful. So colorful and inviting. There were lots of pictures taken for sure. Music and fashion and more were found at the event. There were so many cute booths and I think Mielle and Taliah Waajid’s were my favorite. You almost had to be there for over 2 hours to allow yourself time to look around and decide what you were going to purchase. Not only that, but there were information sessions, a fashion show, braider competitions and main stage entertainment.
