Why Lyrically Correct is a Must Have
I received samples for free in exchange for my honest and unbiased review. #ad #lyricallycorrect
Music is one thing that brings people together. No matter where you are someone can break out into song and then the next person will join in with them and start singing. That is what happens with my friends and family. Let one person start singing the lyrics to a Marvin Gaye song and here come the rest of the people helping the originator finish the line.
May is my birthday month and let me tell you, hubby had me make a music list so that we will be able to play it in the car no matter where we went. On my 50th, we drove around different parts of Florida jamming to my playlist and because it includes so many different songs, we still play it to this day. This year, we had some family and friends come by to help celebrate me and not only did we play my playlist, but we also introduced a fun new game to the group.
About Lyrically Correct
It is a game where you put your lyric knowledge to the test. It is a head-to-head trivia game created for the music enthusiast. Invented by two couples seeking to level up their game nights during quarantine, Lyrically Correct makes the vibe as lit or as competitive as you want it to be. Founding couples, Tiffany & Donte Jones and Nicollette & Juelz Rhodes represent all things #BlackLove as they journey to create joyous moments that bring friends & families together. As they found that most trivia games were full of obscure information that didn’t quite feel inclusive, the group decided to make something that represented them, the Black community, and a core part of themselves – good music.
We attempted to play the Oldies but Goodies Edition. The one who guessed correctly did not have to take a drink. Goodness, you talk about people trying their best to answer the questions correctly:) Truly it was a lot of fun even though the majority of us did not know the answers. It was just fun trying to figure out the lyrics.
Looking for that next must-have game? Lyrically correct is the game you have to have. There are some more lyrically correct cards than the ones I was gifted, so make sure to check them out and see for yourself.
