About The Hill

Is an inspirational drama about a young Rickey Hill growing up in small town Texas that shows an extraordinary ability to hit a baseball, despite being burdened by leg braces from a degenerative spinal disease.

His Pastor father played by Dennis Quaid, tries to talk Rickey out of playing baseball due to him wanting to protect him from injury. And like a lot of Pastors, he wants Rickey, played by Colin Ford, to follow in his footsteps and become a pastor.
