Sweets (any kind including chocolate bars, cookies, cupcakes and cakes) are regularly part of my diet. For the past 21 days we have been on a Daniel Fast and usually I go about making some type of dessert and I almost let this time pass without making some form of sweetie. Hey Guys/Gals. Hubby and I are trying to keep up the better eating thing that we have been taking part in for the past couple of weeks and we, well he, decided to make a smoothie as part of our lunch today. I decided to share since it was quite tasty. Nanaberry Avocado Smoothie 1 ripe avocado 3 small bananas 1 mango 8oz of strawberries 8oz of apple juice Iceas needed Blend well until it reaches the consistency you desire.
