Hello All. Just a quick review of Pro-A Serum by #bodymerry. I was given this product and based upon the things I have heard about retinol it is good for wrinkles and fine lines. I have a few on my neck and since using this product, I have found that the product works. I do have less than before trying the product. Easy Banana Smoothie Recipe
Hey Guys/Gals. Hubby and I are trying to keep up the better eating thing that we have been taking part in for the past couple of weeks and we, well he, decided to make a smoothie as part of our lunch today. I decided to share since it was quite tasty. Nanaberry Avocado Smoothie 1 ripe avocado 3 small bananas 1 mango 8oz of strawberries 8oz of apple juice Iceas needed Blend well until it reaches the consistency you desire.
