    Summer is here y’all. It is the time to get out and play and get more exercise which in turn will help get one healthier. Along with one becoming healthier, comes hydration and guess what? Two of my favorites, beets and watermelons, are considered to be superfoods and provide that much need hydration. I know. I know. Not everyone likes either actually, but especially beets.
