Slimming down with Waist Trimmer

Slimming down and looking great are many of our resolutions every year. It is not a resolution for me (at least not this year), but it is something in addition to getting my insides/heart trimmed from all of the fat this world can bring. I always seem to lose weight in areas that I do not want to lose it and keep it in areas (stomach) I want to cover and never show anyone again.

I have seen and I know you have as well women with some type of contraption around their waist, some of which is a waist trimmer but most are waist trainers. I did want to try a waist trimmer for the heck of it, but I do not want to cause any damage to my insides either. I had no real idea of the point of a waist trimmer until I was given the opportunity to try one.

The material is lightweight and it is very comfortable. At times, I could not tell that it was on me, because it seemed to become one with my body. It is made for men and women that want some help losing water weight. You can wear it under or over your clothes. I chose to wear mine under my clothes and it did not cause my stomach any discomfort or irritation which I loved. I wore it while I was working out and while I was at home chilling out over the weekend. I found that I did sweat more in the tummy area when I worked out and when I just had it on I still sweated a little. It does stay tight around the waist even when moving, twisting and bending. This little device will help me to lose weight exactly where I want to in the mid section.
