Happy New Year!! This year has already begun with a few challenging changes that have come with some added stress. To be honest, I felt that I needed to get out of my comfort zone so I left my job of 10 years to jump into an industry that I have no and I mean no experience in. Self-care is proving to be more and more important than ever. Self-care is a part of self-healing and all of us need to acknowledge and begin to help ourselves more. Let me share with you some self-healing hacks that are simple and not a lot of time needed.

Simple things like taking a bath, which I do not do often, why because I am usually in too much of a hurry to slow down and enjoy little things in my life. The big ones, yes, I enjoy but what about the simple everyday things one could be doing for themselves.

I am 90% vegan and putting lots of natural foods in my body is very important, but there are also lots of supplements and herbs that I take to help with my overall health, but be sure to check in with a specialist to help you with seeking balance.
