Safe & Secure with My Property ID
You know that feeling in the pit of your stomach, you get when you have been robbed? It doesn’t seem to go away, does it? I have been a victim of crime more than once and you can imagine that it is one of the worst feelings in the world. Feeling safe & secure is what we all want. Isn’t it? I wanted my goods back, but they were long gone. If only there was some type of way that I could have possibly secured them.
We do not even have to look at being robbed persay, but what about that precious items being misplaced outside of the house. Recently, hubby and I were on one of our traveling expeditions, trying not to miss our plane and guess what? Ended up leaving at the TSA gate, his laptop. You talk about sick. We never saw that laptop again. It was long gone and that bad part about it is, unless you were a tech guru, you were not going to be able to get into it.
Now what if there was a way to have a better chance of recovery, whether it was due to your negligence or due to theft? Well there is a way and let me tell you about it. My Property ID Registry just may be able to assist you.
My Property ID Registry
My Property ID Registry uses a similar system my dad used to use to protect his valuables and that is to etch a special number on his items, but My Property ID Registry goes a lot further than that. Unique numbers are assigned to each person that are put on tags and labels that you can put on your property and near your front door on your interior windows.
Much deeper than that though is the fact that you have an online account that allows you to can record your serial numbers and get a print out for your records which can be accessed at any time and gives you a better chance of recovery.
Today, I literally had to purchase another computer and where do you think one of my tags went? If you guessed my new computer, you guessed right.
If it unfortunately happens that you have things stolen, law enforcement could be able to enter the number and enter it into a National Crime Information Center which allows for a better chance for recovery.

That feeling of losing things or worse getting robbed is so awful and you feel so helpless. Having a way to protect all your possessions makes so much sense.

My Property ID sounds great! My sister left her laptop in a cab last year. Thankfully, after many hours of phone calls and detective work, she was able to locate it and pick it up. But, how many people are that lucky? My Property ID sounds like a terrific way to keep property safe.
