Quaker Steel Cut Oats Review

I am a couple times a week oatmeal eater, so when I was given the chance to improve/set-up my breakfast, I made sure that I jumped on it.

I was very surprised, because with this Quaker Steel Cut Blueberries and Cranberries,  I encountered 2 firsts, 1) berries in my oatmeal and 2) steel cut oatmeal. I have never had steel cut oatmeal and I am bothered that I was not exposed to it sooner in life. There was a proper amount of sweetness and berries in the oatmeal. After you added water and cooked, you can still recognize the items in the oatmeal as well as the oatmeal itself.

I think this is hands down the best oatmeal that I have had in my life. The consistency was perfect, because usually the oatmeal I have is too runny and thin and totally not appealing visually which makes it hard to eat, but with this Quaker Steel Cut brand you cannot go wrong.  There is a cranberry with blueberry or cinnamon and brown sugar flavor and I do not think you will go wrong with any of the 2 flavors. The directions on the back were clear and easy to follow. I have had the oatmeal several times and each time it is the same. Not runny, you can identify what you are eating and it is appealing. The consistency is thick and rich and it makes for a filling treat, whether you have it for breakfast or for a snack. I will be looking for this product from now on and turning more and more people on to it.

I have received this product free from Quaker in exchange for my honest review of the product through a word of mouth company.

I usually would run towards a grit in a minute if it is a chose between oatmeal and grits, but now with the discover of Quaker Steel Cut Oatmeal, it is a done deal. More oatmeal for me, please.

Thank you for taking the time to read the post.
