Not quite 100% vegan here, but headed in that direction and finding some tasty plant-based oat milk options has been a challenge, but not so much anymore. Lots of us are making more and more plant-based purchases and little did I know reaching far across the world was a wonderful brand that I just had to get my hands on it. Although there are other oat milk brands, after the Wall Street Journal called them out, I had to taste Koita Plant-based Oat Milk.
Whether you are lactose intolerant like me or just want to stop using dairy and want an option that is good for you and tastes great, you must check out Koita. Another reason why, I had to try the brand is because it is plant-based milk straight out of Italy. It is shelf-stable, vegan, non-gmo and no artificial preservatives.
To try it out, I made sure to make my usual breakfast treat, a smoothie:) It turned out delicious, so much so that I am going to put it up there as one of the best oat milk brands and share my recipe with you.
There are so many benefits to using oat milk, like cholesterol free and regulating blood sugar levels. Sounds like great reasons to me, how about you? To purchase, at I must say, a very reasonable price for Italian Oat Milk, visit Amazon.

I would use it for baking and put it in my coffee. I would also give some to my daughter because he husband doesn’t drink milk.
