Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 Movie Review

I was able to attend a press screening of #gotgvol3 for free in exchange for my honest review.

Wow guys, has it really been 9 years since we were first introduced to the Guardians of the Galaxy. Can you believe it that it is the final movie in this wonderful series? I cannot, but let me share some things with you about Vol. 3 in theaters May 5th.

About Guardians of the Galaxy Movie

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, we find the beloved band of misfits settling into life on Knowhere. As you know, trouble does show up, and here begins the excitement, which involves putting themselves in the way of danger trying to save Rocket.

I am not sure about you, but I have been curious about the backgrounds of characters in the movies, and we are able to see how Rocket came to be.

You see right from the beginning, our pal, Quill having a difficult time with the loss of Gamora which I totally get.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 Trailer

Although there lots of action scenes, there are some not so action packed scenes, to which, the movie could be cut a hair or two. The run time if almost 2 hours and 30 minutes so don’t say I did not warn you.

Lots of colors and great images. The film looks beautiful. Any Guardians fan know they come with the songs and once again they did not disappoint. Lots of songs that I have forgotten about, but glad to hear again.

All of the band did a wonderful job and had some surprising moments. Some laughter and tears are in this one, so beware. If I can name one word to describe the movie, is love.  Lots of love shown throughout the movie and you see why some of the characters act the way they do.
