If God Is For Us: The Everlasting Truth of Our Great Salvation is a 6 week Bible study of Romans 8. I have received this book for free in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.

First part of the book is a section called ABOUT THIS STUDY which is created to help with pointers on getting the best out of the study, including options on how you can do the student with others or by yourself. I like the idea of getting some Mothers together and do the study as a way to get together friends who do not get together often as life often causes to happen.

The first week is covering Romans Chapters 1-7 and it includes an overview, the section to read and then respond (portion that asks questions to help go over what you just read), an explore section and lastly reflect. Each section is small and is just enough for one to take time to dig in and understand more of what is going on before getting into Romans Chapter 8 which covers the remainder of the book.

Week 6 is one of my favorites, as it covers:

Romans 8:35-39 

^35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?

^36 As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.

^37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.

^38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,

^39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

This passage speaks to me a lot, because there have been a lot of things that have happened to me in my life and I honestly thought that I was not loved. There is no way that I could be loved by Father God, but that is furthest from the truth. Drops in the Ocean by Hawk Nelson speaks to this and every time I hear it I tear up because I had to remind myself that to Father I am special, so much so to die for if I was the only one on this Earth.
