Freaky Friday Fun At Horizon Theatre

A comedic bunch of laughs that everyone in the family will enjoy. The funniest thing to me like in the movie, is seeing the mother and daughter act like each other and it is so exaggerated, but at the same time it seems like there is no other way for either of them to act. They play each other so well that the mother could be the daughter and the daughter the mother.

All of the songs are catchy and it made me want to be a teenager again. I totally wanted to be on stage when they were doing the slow motion thing and oh so funny was when the cast stopped when a certain somebody hit the stage and everyone yells their name. You have to be there to see it:) Psst…it is the love interest of the daughter

The cast was selected perfectly and Freaky Friday is so fun and every single age can see it and can totally relate to one of the cast members.

An overworked mother and daughter magically swap bodies, they have just one day to get things right before the mom’s wedding. Freaky Friday is a musical based on the novel by Mary Rodgers and the two Disney movies. They mother and daughter experience each other’s lives. .
