Follow God’s Will Book Review
I received this book for free in exchange for my honest and unbiased review. #followgodswill
As I age, I realize that the more and more I do, in the scheme of things in life, it really isn’t important. It is just a bunch of fluff, on the surface stuff, and being a Christ follower it is a bit disappointing at times. I am so glad to have come across Follow God’s Will to help more and more direct me towards doing more meaningful things in my life. Fun is good of course, but in the end, as a Christian, I need to be more about His business.
This book has 2 Parts, with 12 chapters and within each chapter, there is a chance to dive deeper into the scriptures that applies to the chapter that you are reading. Brittany is so helpful. For example, sharing three methods to help figure out how God may be calling us to follow Him with our life with His written Word, hearing His spoken word, and paying attention to the opportunities all around you (making a difference where you are).
About Follow God’s Will
Ephesians 2:10 tells us: “For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared for in advance for us to do.”
Friend, God created you for a purpose – to fulfill an important role and calling He created you to fulfill. Unfortunately, it isn’t always easy to know what that purpose is.
You may have questions like, “What does God want me to do with my life?” “Where is God leading me next?” or How would God want me to handle this difficult situation right in front of me?”
Thankfully, this is where Follow God’s Will: Biblical Guidelines for Everyday Life (Esther Press, an imprint of David C. Cook, October, 2022) by Brittany Ann can help.
With just the right mix of practical advice, in-depth Bible study, and real-life examples, Follow God’s Will provides the biblical framework you need to answer questions, including:
- How can I figure out God’s will for my life personally?
- How should I understand the Bible’s words today?
- How can I live out my faith on a day-to-day basis?
- How do I share the gospel without being weird or pushy?
- How should I navigate relationships with non-Christians?

My favorite way to show love to someone is to always be there for them without judgment and to listen to the food and bad without judging them. Lending an ear without bias is how I show love.

My favorite way to show love to someone is by serving them. That can be done in many ways, such as preparing food for them, helping with a task, or doing something for someone that will help make their lives easier.
