Eden Foods: Instant Organic Miso Soup

It is getting hot and too much work to decide what to take for lunch and then once I decide on what that is going to be then pack it up and bring it along with me to work. I am sorry, but I honestly carry too much stuff sometimes and I have decided at least for a couple of days a week that I will ease my load and have something lite and easy to carry. In fact, something that I can leave at the office and when I am hungry I can easily pull it out and prepare it.

That quick and easy item are Instant Organic Miso Soup Packets. They are easily transported and can go with you when you have to travel or have something you can prepare easy in a hotel/motel.

They are freeze dried and each package contains 4 8g packages of miso cubes that with the addition of 8 ounces of hot water is complete in 1 minute.

Instant Red Miso: Kuzu, Wakame and Green Onion Eden add flavor, texture and valuable nutrients.

Instant White Miso: Organic kuzu, silky cubes of organic tofu, and organic green onion balance, add flavor, texture, and nutrients.

I have enjoyed each flavor and unfortunately the red miso is reported not to be gluten free, but the white miso most certainly is gluten free. No MSG and no bad stuff:)
