AdoramaPix Metal Prints – turning prints into keepsakes forever
Want to know how to keep prints into keepsakes forever. This is a great idea and I think I will use it as one of our gifts when we move to the new house. AdoramaPix.com helps people turn their digital photographs from abstract computer files into beautiful keepsakes designed to last a lifetime. Their contemporary metal prints capture memories in rich color and vibrant detail. Because your images are infused right into the metal, and not painted on the surface, their metal prints are extremely durable. Not only will your metal image be water and weather proof, but scratch resistant as well. You can even clean it with glass cleaner.…

Gluten Free & Allergen Friendly Expo coming to Atlanta
I am overjoyed at this opportunity. Hubby and I went last year and learned a lot, but this year I was selected to cover the event officially as a blogger. Come meet me there and see why this is one of the hottest expos coming to Atlanta. This is an event that welcomes all of course, but those in particular who have allergies and a sensitivity to gluten. I am still learning and actually looking to incorporate this lifestyle in particular in the area of pregnancy loss. There is supposed to be a correlation between gluten and miscarriage so it is good for those who have challenges in this area…

Making Moves in 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander GT
Atlanta traffic for some reason is not easy to negotiate most days, but I tell you what the 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander GT makes it easier to negotiate in this comfortable and powerful 4-door SUV. Making Moves in 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander GT was an understatement. I have not been Downtown Atlanta 3 times in one week before, but I was able to and enjoyed every minute of it. Prior to me agreeing to test the Outlander, I only had one place to go that week other than work, but within a few days before getting “my precious” I was up to 4 events. Woohoo!! You talk about one happy camper and…

Come Celebrate Chinese New Year with Tin Drum
Daylight savings time is fast upon us and with that you know what that means? It means that it is time to prepare for Spring. The time where things come alive and with it, it is always time to experience new things. I have already started experiencing that thanks to Association of Food Bloggers. I was invited to try the new menu offerings celebrating the Chinese New Year at Tin Drum Asia Cafe. For those of you who do not know, Chinese New Year is considered a major holiday for some Chinese (in Taiwan, Singapore, etc.) and it is an old tradition that celebrates gods and ancestors. Tin Drum, which…

“Fashion in the City” Wild Child Magazine Style
This beautiful building near the Marietta Square hosted an event full of wonderful designers, models and press. I was out of the blue invited to “Fashion in the City” Wild Child Magazine Style, so I could not pass it up. I had a very full day, but I was decided that I had to get to the show. I have heard of this magazine, but this was the first event that I was able to cover and hopefully not the last. It was a room that housed over 80 people, not including the artists or models. Shortly after I arrived, the masters of ceremonies introduced themselves, and all of the…

The Toxic Avenger, a fun theatre experience
If you like green, crazed monsters (including a mayor), art and love stories then I have something for you. In the heart of Atlanta in Little Five Points, lies the Horizon Theatre which is just a block or so away from all of the action. I always look for different experiences in Atlanta and this theatre did not disappoint. It is an intimate space where you will feel that you are part of the performance. I had the opportunity to see a play called, The Toxic Avenger, which is loosely based upon a movie called the The Toxic Avenger from the 1980s. The Toxic Avenger, a fun theatre experience, takes…

Basquiat and Vik Muniz at the High Museum of Art
“It is about the process getting there, not the end result.” says Vik Muniz at the High Museum of Art while at a Media Premier of his exhibit. I believe not every artist would say that, do you? I was privileged to be able to take part in this premiere of two special artists, Basquiat and Vik Muniz at the High Museum of Art. Vik Muniz This artist that was born in Sa’o Paulo, Brazil wants his art to be intelligent and accessible to everyone and once you get a good look at his pieces you will see why. This renowned artist works with various unconventional materials, such as chocolate,…
