Not all snacks are created equal as I am sure you have realized and around this time of the year, I need to make some smarter decisions about what I put in my body. It is already a time filled with fattening and not so good for you food, but taste so good.
Boulder Canyon Specialty Snacks
Boulder Canyon’s Speciality Snacks, Ancient Grain and Snap Pea Crisps were the two that were sent for me to try.
Ancient Grain Crisps:
I enjoyed this crisps with some guacamole and it was delicious. I keep them at work for my midday and evening snacks. The crisps are crunchy and have a wonderful taste of salsa in every crisp. They contain: Quinoa, Millet, Sorghum, Brown Rice, Brown Teff, and Amaranth and are certified gluten free, kosher, vegan, and non-gmo.
Snap Pea Crisps:Â
I have had snap pea crisps before from other companies and Boulder Canyon gives them a run for their money. Airy and crisp, but not hard. It is easy to eat a bag of these in one sitting because they are so tasty. I did not pair it with anything but it will go well with hummus, guacamole or salsa. The Snap Peas Crisps also come in creamy ranch.
Boulder Canyon offers a variety of premium, delicious tasting snacks ranging from our kettle cooked potato chips and ancient grain snacks to their baked Sweet Potato Fries. Boulder Canyon believes great taste comes from great ingredients and prides itself on sourcing the best quality, non-GMO ingredients. Snack crisps are baked, not fried, and feature no trans fats, zero cholesterol and just 130 calories or less per one-ounce serving.
