Having a few medical challenges, taking better control over my health is important and within my control. There are many ways to achieve better control and I thought that I should share this brand with you.

Ameo Life, is a brand that I have never heard of until recently, but it has certainly proven to deserve my support. Any brand that offers products that are made with natural ingredients and no harmful additives I am willing to try.

When I received the products and saw silver, it made me even more curious. Silver I have heard before is, but then once silver was mentioned I was sold. As a supplement user, I was glad to be given the chance to try the multivitamins which 18 essentials and antioxidants. There is no aftertaste which is very important to me.

By far, the Lavender Silver Soap, is my favorite and shows how Ameo Life is for better health. Lavender is my favorite scent in most things and this soap is no different. I can truly relax and be ready for the day I am about to take on with this soap. Plus, it naturally cleanses the skin and is paraben free, while being perfect for all skin types.

I have heard of being pH balanced during my time attempting to become 100% vegan and Ameo Life understands how important it is as well. Their Alkaline Structured Silver Solution can be added to juices, smoothies, and meals to help reduce inflammation which causes lots of diseases.
