This year it seems, more than others, that I have been more and more determined to lose weight the right way, becoming healthier along with obtaining more energy to be able take on more throughout the day. We have been for years told not to eat after 7PM, but Joel is going against that “rule”. Someone else doing the research for me, but I get to benefit is my type of deal. What about you? Joel lost weight in his first 2 weeks and had flatter abs and more energy. MORE ENERGY, is one key thing that I am after. What about you?

In Always Eat After 7 PM , Joel found that “Having carbs in the evening is also a great weight loss strategy. When you’re active, your body burns mainly carbohydrates and muscle glycogen for energy. By eating carbs at night, you allow your body to use them to restore glycogen for energy the next day and provide your body with the glucose it needs to regulate your blood sugar levels during sleep.”

Eating carbs at night? Who does that?     This is really interesting and pretty much goes against what so many diets say, it’s actually quite refreshing. I hope it goes well and look forward to reading to see how you do. I gave up dieting a few years ago but do like to look at how I can improve or switch things

    This truly sound like the perfect diet for me as I am always hungry at 7PM…. and this breaks all the rules of what I thought was the right time to eat. Pus… carbs are OK? I am going to be on the lookout for sure and will be checking this book out for myself so thank you for sharing!
